Waffles

Waffles are a patch of leavened batter or dough cooked between two plates. A distinct patter is their dead give away. The purpose os to give the waffles some grip so you can add your favorite syrup, fruits, or cream to it. Waffles are eating around the world, and particularly in Belgium. There’ they have over a dozen regional varieties.

Muffins

A muffin is an individual-sized quick baked bread.

In the US, they’re similar to cupcakes in size and cooking methods. The main difference being cupcakes tend to be sweet desserts using cake batter and often topped with sugar or frosting. Muffins are available in my flavors such as cornmeal and or even cheese. The sweet varieties include, blueberries, chocolate chip, or banana. Muffins are primarily a breakfast danish, but some fast food and coffee houses do serve them daily.

Cinnamon Buns

A cinnamon roll is also known as a cinnamon bun, cinnamon swirl, cinnamon Danish, or cinnamon snail. It’s a sweet roll served commonly in Northern Europe and Native America. In Norther America, it’s a common use if for breakfast or dessert. It some places, it’s eaten as a breakfast food and is often served with cream cheese or icing.

Puffy Pasta

Puff pastry is a flaky light pastry containing several layers of fat. Preparing a classic puff pastry requires an envelope formed by placing the beurrage inside the detrempe. Usually the pastry is repeatedly folded and rolled out before baking.
